Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fa99bd website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of fa99bd regardless of how they access the platform, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any fa99bd application.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are the binding version of this agreement. fa99bd may publish informational summaries in other formats, but in the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version of this document takes precedence.

If you are accessing fa99bd on behalf of another person or a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These terms apply to natural persons only — corporate account registration is not available on the fa99bd platform.

fa99bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, fa99 bd will notify registered players by email to the address on file. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the fa99bd platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use fa99bd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You are not a current or former employee of fa99bd, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, in respect of any promotional offer or bonus.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fa99bd or had an account terminated for breach of these terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your ability to make informed decisions when gambling.

fa99bd conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before withdrawals are approved or during routine compliance checks. Acceptable ID documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Deposits made by underage users will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts wagered, in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations. fa99bd does not profit from underage gambling and cooperates fully with any inquiry by a guardian or competent authority regarding access by a minor.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one active fa99bd account at any given time. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (city or district), and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on your account. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account profile promptly. fa99bd is not liable for any failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or missed notifications resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa99bd login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — regardless of whether you personally initiated it — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fa99bd support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured.

fa99bd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This can be configured from within your account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fa99bd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending withdrawals from the duplicate account, and forfeit any bonus funds accumulated across the duplicated accounts. Players wishing to create a new account after a previous one has been closed must contact support to establish eligibility.

3.4 KYC Document Submission

As part of fa99bd's commitment to player safety and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, players may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any stage. Requested documents typically include: a National ID Card (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by fa99bd support may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fa99bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fa99bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their own terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fa99bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and the limits set by the payment provider. fa99bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your fa99bd BDT wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the amount sent so that the credit can be investigated.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within the timeframes stated in the fa99bd payment policy, which is updated periodically. Withdrawals back to the originating mobile money account (bKash, Nagad) are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. All withdrawal requests require the account to be fully KYC-verified. fa99bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the fa99bd platform when you are logged in. Players are responsible for checking the current limits before initiating a transaction. fa99bd is not responsible for transactions that fail because the amount falls below the minimum or exceeds the maximum threshold.

4.5 Returned and Failed Transactions

Where a deposit fails to reach your fa99bd wallet due to a technical error on the payment provider's side, fa99bd will investigate and, where confirmed, manually credit the amount. Where a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details provided by the player (e.g., wrong bKash number), the funds are returned to the fa99bd wallet and the player must re-initiate the withdrawal with the correct details. fa99bd is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

fa99bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your fa99bd account are not directly withdrawable. Before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance, you must complete the wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) specified for that bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to cash).

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at fa99bd carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring their bonus expiry dates from within their account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fa99bd employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and placing bets that do not contribute to genuine wagering for the purpose of triggering a bonus cashout — all constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, fa99bd reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Calendar

fa99bd aligns promotional offers with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Seasonal promotions are announced via on-platform banners and player email communications. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may miss time-sensitive promotional notifications; opting back in can be managed from within account settings.

Section 6

Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the fa99bd platform — including live dealer games, RNG slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game as defined by the software provider, combined with the general platform rules set out here.

6.1 Game Results and RNG

RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, number games) use certified random number generation algorithms. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by the player, by fa99bd, or by any third party. Certified RNG systems ensure that each spin, hand, or round result is unpredictable and unbiased.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Players must ensure they have a stable internet connection to participate. fa99bd is not responsible for disconnections, bet placement failures, or missed rounds caused by the player's network conditions. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the outcome of the round is determined by the game server result at the time of disconnection, and the settled result stands.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on the fa99bd platform cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international series) and other available sports. All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. fa99bd reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or match cancellations. In-play (live) bets are accepted up to the market close time displayed on the market. Late bets received after the market has closed will not be accepted.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Bet limits are set per game and per market and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. fa99bd reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players where unusual betting patterns are detected, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fa99bd, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

7.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh in connection with your use of fa99bd.
• Engage respectfully with fa99bd support staff and other players where applicable.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa99bd platform:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or location to gain access to the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using fa99bd to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin. fa99bd is required to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to automate bet placement, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or strategy in a live game environment, or otherwise undermine the integrity of a game or betting market.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to make bets at incorrect odds or to gain credit without a corresponding deposit. Any winnings derived from a known error are void.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing to fa99bd. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and the chargeback amount will be recovered from the account balance.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

fa99bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable grounds to do so. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited betting tools.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their fa99bd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, fa99bd will process any verified pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed with priority and result in immediate access restriction.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

Where fa99bd closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any real-money balance may be returned to the player at fa99bd's discretion after deducting amounts associated with the prohibited activity. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of platform-initiated closure due to misconduct. Players whose accounts are closed for breach of terms are not eligible to re-register without the express written consent of fa99bd.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. fa99bd will attempt to notify the player at their registered email address before applying an inactivity fee to the balance. The inactivity fee amount and schedule are published in the fa99bd payment policy. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support before the balance is exhausted.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period from fa99bd support at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked from all login and deposit activity, and the player is removed from fa99bd's marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods can be set for a defined duration or permanently. During a self-exclusion, fa99bd will not contact the player with promotional offers.
